September 2, 2022: Those PA municipalities that received the First Tranche of ARPA funding should receive the second and final program payment the week of Sept. 12. Those funds should be in the account DCED has on record and should match what was received in the First Tranche. Recipients of those funds may use the funds for projects outlined in the APRA Final Rule Frequently Asked Questions.
