About this opportunity
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated ��50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals ("eRFP") is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified supplier who will provide Breast Pumps, Accessories, Supplies and Services to be delivered F.O.B. Destination for the Georgia Department of Public Health (hereinafter, "the State Entity or Department") as further described in this eRFP.
