Energy and Environment Innovation Plans The Energy and Environment Innovation Team will produce three plans: A priority action plan, which enables covered state and local government agencies to compete for $4.6 billion in CPRG implementation grants (individual awards will range between $2 and $500 million); A comprehensive action plan, which will map out how other Inflation Reduction Act and Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act funds could be used to further support state priorities for energy and environmental infrastructure investments and to enhance the competitiveness of applications for those federal dollars; and A status update on plan implementation and future needs.
