SOLICITATION DETAILS Type:: Request for Information (RFI) Agenda management system The City of Austin is seeking a web-based, automated system for collecting, generating, recording, maintaining, utilizing and reporting information relative to City Council agendas and meetings. This process includes receipt and processing of standardized documents such as Recommendation for Council Action (RCA), verification of appropriate routing and corresponding approvals, preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, recording, tracking and notification of appropriate departments of Council decisions, actions and/or deferrals, preparation and retention of minutes of the Council meetings, and online posting of data for Council, resident, and staff access.
