Who can apply
There should only be one Intake Form per entity.. The intake form must be filled out by the person who will be the lead applicant for the grant cycle. The lead applicant will act as the Authorizing Signatory for any potential agreements with the City. The ‘Applicant’ must have the legal authority to represent the organization, group, or individual applying for the grant..
