The Washington State Commerce Energy Programs in Communities (EPIC) unit designs, develops and implements initiatives that enable all communities to be a part of the clean energy transition. EPIC focuses on expanding access to renewable energy and energy-efficient technologies, building community resilience while reducing energy burden, and promoting environmental justice.
