The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Southwest (SW) District is seeking bids from qualified vendor(s) to provide responsible Janitorial Services to the MoDOT SW District Office Building. The contract period shall commence from award through April 30, 2028 with three (3) one-year renewal options. Renewals will be at the sole discretion of MoDOT SW District. If the option for renewal is exercised by MoDOT SW District, the bidder shall agree to all the terms and conditions of the IFB and all subsequent amendments.
