A new applicant is defined as a student who has never received a Page Grant payment. If you received a grant payment in the past, you are considered a returning Page Scholar. Returning Page Scholars can access the 2026-2027 Page Grant application for Returning Page Scholars through the Scholar Portal and/or connect via email with the Page Grant Program Coordinator.
