Who can apply
To request adaptive equipment and/or assistive technology, the Adaptive & Assistive Equipment application must be completed by a parent/guardian following the teacher's application. SEF is accepting applications for those students who are aging out of SSD during the 2025-2026 school year. (This excludes audiology requests, which applies to all aged SSD students) Submitting this application does not guarantee approval, as each application is reviewed on an individual basis. A Special Education Foundation (SEF) committee reviews each application and determines approval after all information has been received.
