INTRODUCTION Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA) Management & Operating Contractor of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) owned Idaho National Laboratory (INL), is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors for the replacement of the HVAC system servicing CFA-699. The current system has exceeded its useful life, is inefficient, relies on obsolete refrigerant, and presents increasing maintenance challenges due to part unavailability. 2.
