This Special Notice initially aims to make the Approved for Public Release, "Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance / Electronic Warfare (C5ISR/EW) Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS) Interoperability Requirements Specification" (CMOSS IRS) widely discoverable and available.
