THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation or request for quote and no purchase order will be awarded as a result of this notice. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division (EAD), on behalf of NOAA’s Office of Response & Restoration, Assessment & Restoration Division (ARD) has a need to purchase an annual subscription for human mobility data with two one-year options to renew the subscription.
