Request for Proposal (RFP) for Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Services for a new Land Port of Entry (LPOE) at Coburn Gore, ME (Franklin County). The estimated price range for this requirement is between $125,000,000 and $135,000,000, inclusive of options. Offerors are responsible for obtaining the RFP and all related documents. It is also the offeror�s responsibility to monitor the site for any solicitation amendments and any other related information. Note. Pre-registration to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit on 10/21/2025 is required.
