SPECIAL NOTICE: Notice of Intent to Include Sole Source Brand Requirements in Solicitation The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) intends to issue a solicitation for the construction of the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant Microgrid and Combined Heat & Power System. As part of the construction contract solicitation, the USACE intends to include a sole-source brand requirement for Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) multifunction protection relays and power system controllers. This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice.
