Non-Personal Services - Power Converter Maintenance for Fort Sill, Oklahoma The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Sill has a requirement for preventative and corrective maintenance and repair of Solid State Frequency Converters (SSFCs) and Power Distribution Units (PDUs) for the 30th Air Defense Artillery (ADA) Brigade (BDE).
