The 341st Contracting Squadron intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to Lumen Technologies Government Solutions, Inc. (Lumen) to support Malmstrom Air Force Base�s (MAFB) Long-Distance and Local Telecommunication Service requirement. Malmstrom currently has an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for its Local Telecommunication Services with Lumen. The contract's period of performance is ending on 31 October 2026. Due to Malmstrom's limited long-distance telephone lines, 341st Communications Squadron needs a long-distance to begin as soon as possible to address delays experienced by its users.
