This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment by the Department of War (DoW). No contract will be awarded solely on the basis of the responses hereto. The Government is conducting market research to identify potential Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) capable of providing post Battalion Command Exit Interviews. The purpose of this notice is to determine if there is adequate SDVOSB interest and capability to set aside a potential procurement. The U.S Government would require a contractor to design, plan, and deliver pre-interview questionnaires, structured and tailored interviews, and written summaries of the interviews to the unit commander.
