Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Single Award Contract for services to troubleshoot and repair an integrated communication system onboard a Los Angeles Class Submarine. The Government intends to solicit and contract with only one source, L3 Harris Technology LLC, under the authority of 41 U.S.C 1901 on a sole source basis. This requirement meets the conditions that there is only one responsible source who can provide the type of service that will satisfy the agency requirement.
