Requirements Overview This requirement is for maintenance and repair of the audio-visual systems for Air University (AU) facilities at Maxwell Air Force Base and Gunter Annex in Montgomery, AL. This includes auditoriums, conference rooms, and classrooms. AU has approximately 21 auditoriums, 237 classrooms, and 43 conference rooms. Auditoriums range in capacity from 48 to 1165 people. Classrooms and conference rooms vary in size but typically have a capacity of 15-30 people. The contractor will be required to conduct regular routine maintenance for the audio-visual equipment in all Air University facilities. Additionally, contractor will be required to respond to requests for repair services as needed. This includes diagnosing the problem and coordinating the repair as required. To accomplish this task, the contractor must make frequent trips to Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex. See attached draft PWS for details of this requirement. Anticipated Award Details Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Anticipated Period of Performance: Base period of 01 August 2026 through 31 July 2027, with the potential for four (4) one-year option periods. Performance Locations: Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex, Montgomery, AL. Socio-Economic Considerations No small business set-aside determination has been made at this time. Interested offerors, including small businesses, are strongly encouraged to include their socio-economic status in their response (e.g., Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, Woman-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned). Contracting officials will determine the appropriate acquisition strategy based on the results of this market research.
