Amendment 0005: This Amendment is being completed to provide the Governments response to Phase Two Vendor received questions and to extend the due date for Phase Two documentation submission. This amendment is only for those vendors that has sucessfully completed Phase One and invited to participate in Phase Two. The Government will not review any other vendors response(s) and any other vendors responses received will not be considered for award. Request for Quote: Procurement of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Laboratory Informatics System (LIS) for the National Analytical Radiation Environmental Laboratory (NAREL) with the Office of Air and Radiation (OAR).
