LRP for a service agreement to Provide CyberFEDS on the Web Subscription with 89 Licenses for VISN 8 Employees. Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), Only one source is capable of providing the supplies are unique or highly specialized; It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider authorized to perform the maintenance for the equipment listed below and is the only manufacturer that can meet the agency s needs.
