---25 February 2026---The Government has posted the second batch of responses to Bidder?s Questions received. Please see the new file in the Attachments Section of the PIEE Solicitation Module. Multiple responses refer to an upcoming solicitation amendment. The Government anticipates formally issuing that amendment by 27 February 2026. Of note, that amendment will include an extension of the proposal due date to 05:00 PM EDT 31 March 2026. Per responses to Questions No. 3, 4, 14,15, and 22, an updated CDRL A001 ?
