The Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP) is the Department of Defense�s (DoD�s) demonstration and validation program for innovative technologies that enhance military readiness, improve installation resilience, and strengthen America�s defense infrastructure. The ESTCP Office is interested in receiving proposals for innovative, cost-effective solutions to address DoD�s most pressing energy security, infrastructure resilience, and sustainment challenges as candidates for funding.
