The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announces its intention to issue a sole source award to BBG Aerosystems Inc� 7200 Hawkins Creamery RD Laytonsville, Maryland 20882 for testing off-highway vehicles including All-terrain Vehicles (ATVs), Recreational off highway vehicles (ROVs), and Off-highway vehicles (OHVs) including micromobility. The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) currently requires test areas (for testing all-terrain vehicles (ATV�s) and similar vehicles) and the training of its operators to be performed by the Consumer Product Safety Commission personnel or their designated trainers on-site at contractor test facility.
