The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, (Cramaro Tarpaulin Systems, INC. , 600 North DR Melbourne, Florida 32934-9279, United States USA , CAGE 3GLC0 .), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. This is being sole sourced because the Cramaro Tarp All system is already installed and the replacement grey tarps can only be provided by the OEM due to system compatibility.
