The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), V-22 Joint Program Office (PMA-275) intends to negotiate and issue a delivery order under Bell Boeing Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-22-G-0002 to the Bell Boeing Joint Program Office, 401 Tiltrotor Dr, Amarillo, TX 79111 on a sole source basis for: The V-22 program (PMA-275) requires engineering, management, technical, and acquisition efforts for the update of the V-22 Mission Planning and Power Assurance engine performance model. This effort requires the update of JASS, VSLED, VMPS, CAMEO, and NATOPS publication charts for MV/CMV/CV-22. JASS, VSLED, and NATOPS charts will be updated with Bell/Boeing.
