About this opportunity
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with King Nutronics Corporation (CAGE 13859) in Woodland Hills, CA for the procurement of QTY 2 Air Data Calibrators (Part Number: 3688A), for sustainment of the MH-60R Seahawks advanced sonar, radar, and sensors to detect and track threats. The Government intends to procure the above items under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
