NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: IAW FAR 5.101 this notice is to advise the public that The Department of Veterans Affairs RPO-E R&D, intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price Contract IAW RFO 6.103-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) to Metabolon for services to provide metabolomics analyses services to measure >1000 metabolites from stored blood samples.
