The Department of Veterans Affairs Regional Office (VARO) located at 1600 East Woodrow Wilson Ave, Jackson Mississippi, 39216 has an emergency need for environmental testing and inspection at the Regional Office. Potential mold and mildew are causing concerns of health issues to the tenants of the Regional Office. Purpose. The purpose of this Statement of Work is to define the tasks necessary for testing and inspection data for mold and mildew within 86,091 sqft, and to provide air sample data for a mold remediation plan for the Jackson Regional Office.
