The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Research and Development Center (ERDC), Geotechnical and Structures Laboratory (GSL) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) sole source award to Dynatest US Inc (CAGE: 8KM71 / UEI: M5M2CFCSJNN6), herein referred to as Dynatest, for modernization of ERDC�s existing Heavy Vehicle Simulators (HVS). The GSL Airfields and Pavements Brach in Vicksburg, MS is the lead Department of War (DOW) agency responsible for airfield and pavement research.
