Synopsis: NASA/NSSC has a requirement for opto-mechanical design and delivery of fabricated and assmbled parts for the Laser Instrument for the Landolt mission. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to OMP INC 146 Bigaouette Street Quebec, Qc G1K 4L2 Canada under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that OMP INC is the sole provider of opto-mechanical design and delivery of fabricated and assmbled parts for the Laser Instrument for the Landolt mission. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC).
