NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to The North Carolina Ports Authority, 2202 Burnett Blvd, Wilmington, NC 28401-7002 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(iii), �Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� This requirement is to provide II MEF, located Marine Corps Base (MCB), Camp Lejeune with wharfage and temporary staging services before and after deployments/exercises for military personnel and cargo.
