UPDATE AS OF FEBRUARY 26, 2026, 1:00PM EST: ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE IAW with the Statement of Work/ SOW that is within the Solicitation. Previous proposals require no update. SUBMISSION via email to, [email protected] This requirement is to empty and clean the inside of the PORT (FWD) and STBD (AFT) Engineered Safeguards Diesel-Generator Fuel Oil Storage Tanks (EDO Fuel Tanks) in accordance with UIPI 0176-456 and local procedures. Tank shall be clean to a degree that allows safe entry into tank and inspections can be completed. Tanks need to be completed one at a time in lieu of simultaneously.
