General Scope of Work: The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is requesting bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, and supervision to develop approximately 27.3 Acres with a proposed paved area of 757,092 SF to include but not limited to site work, demolition, clearing & grubbing, removal of any original pavement, utilities, or other pre-existing site infrastructure elements. Construct a 150,000 GSF Pre-engineered Metal Building – PEMB (600’x250’) S-1 storage occupancy to be used for bulk storage, in accordance with contract specifications and drawings.
