(AMETEK, Inc.) under the authority of FAR 6.103-1(b) for the following: Description: The 76 CMXG requires a sole-source contract for the purchase, delivery and installation of one (1) B1 LOA Range RF Upgrade with equipment and accessories specified in the Statement of Work (SOW); and training on the use of new equipment and software.
