About this opportunity
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in a Blanket Purchase Agreement for asphalt services in the Green River Lake Area (Green River Lake, Barren River Lake, Nolin River Lake and Rough River Lake). NOTE: The enclosed project is a SAMPLE project that will be used for price evaluation ONLY and will NOT be awarded. The pricing submitted will be used to determine fair and reasonableness and to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Pool of contractors for Asphalt Services in the Green River Lake Area (mentioned above). Selection will be based on lowest price and up to four BPAs will be awarded.
