About this opportunity
On or about 27 February 2026, the Government intends to issue a solicitation for �Gavins Point Winter Recreation Area Cleaning 2026-2031�. The solicitation will close on or about 16 March 2026. The solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses. Project Description: This is a non-personal services contract to provide cleaning and janitorial services for recreation areas and public use facilities within USACE, Gavins Point Project. The location of the services covered by this contract will be at USACE managed campgrounds, day use areas, public use areas/facilities and surrounding areas near Gavins Point Dam, located approximately four miles west of Yankton, SD on SD Highway 52. The Period of Performance for this effort is a 12-month base year + four (4) 12 month-option years. See Section 1....
