Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov per FAR 52.212.1. All offerors must also have a Unique Entity Identification (UEI) Number at (SAM) at www.sam.gov and be able to submit invoices through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
