NOTICE OF INTENT � LNRS Data Services, Inc. This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a sole source purchase order using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.103 Other Than Full and Open Competition. The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Headquarters Procurement Services, on behalf of the Energy Information Administration (EIA), intends to issue a sole source award to LNRS Data Services, Inc., at 2727 Allen Parkway, Houston, Texas 77019, for Independent Commodity Intelligence Services (ICIS) data services in support of EIA Programs. The award is anticipated for one year subscription service, and potentially two option years.
