About this opportunity
1.0 Scope. Build, tailor, deliver, and facilitate exercise materials, as required, to support SEMPER DURUS 2026. The products shall be based upon Marine Corps Installations � WEST (MCI-WEST) outcomes needed for the exercise. The products shall support the training audience's mission to protect the command�s ability to project forces while protecting property and populations throughout the competition continuum with an INDOPACOM pacing peer adversary. Additionally, support the development and production of training strategies, doctrine, concepts, and inform operational planning for the current and future force.
