SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: This combined synopsis/solicitation is expected to result in the award of a (5) five year, pre-priced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for transportation services IAW Attch 1 � PWS_2 March 2026 Laundry Service. The Period of Performance (POP) will commence upon contract award and last for five years, or until the BPA ceiling is reached, whichever comes first. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
