The Consulate of the United States in Matamoros, Mexico will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The anticipated performance period is for one (1) base year, with four (4) one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
