Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Contract - Repair of CAT D6H Dozer

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District intends to award a sole source contract for the repair of the undercarriage of a CAT D6H Dozer to John Fabick Tractor Company, DBA Fabick CAT. It is the Government's belief that this is the only firm able to fulfill the requirements IAW with 41 U.S.C. 1901 (a) (1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1 only one responsible source and no other supply of service will satisfy agency requirements. If any other responsible source believes it can fulfill this requirement, it may give written notice within three days. Supporting evidence must be furnished with sufficient detail to demonstrate compliance.
