This Notice of Intent is provided to advise that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Price Single Award Contract with only one source, Censis Technologies, Inc. This procurement is for Censis Fiber Laser Marking Equipment for Sterile Processing Service (SPS) at Bay Pines VA Health Care System. This equipment will replace outdated electrochemical etching systems, eliminate the use of etching tape, and must be compatible with existing Censis Technologies software already in place at the medical facility. This action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul 12.102(b) and 41 USC §1901, only one will meet the Government s needs.
