The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) is issuing this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to fund the invited applicant(s) only to continue specific prior grant award work through what is known as an “Administrative Funding Adjustment” or AFA. Created in 1995, OVW administers grant programs authorized by the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and subsequent legislation and provides national leadership on issues of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking.
