The Mission and Installation Contracting Command � Fort Bliss is issuing this solicitation to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support and provide venue space and services. The requirement is for a one-day service contract to provide a commercial venue and comprehensive event support services for the SMC Class 76 Graduation Ceremony on 11 June 2026 in El Paso, Texas. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and services necessary to support the full execution of the graduation event.
