The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Corporate Service Office intends to acquire on a Sole Source purchase order for CY2026 Datasplice License and Maintenance, to Prometheus Group, LLC. The anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) is April 2, 2026 � April 1, 2027. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR Part 12. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency.
