This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.603 and issued using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Bureau of Reclamation, Denver Federal Center, is requesting a quotation for acoustic fish tag transmitters required to support scientific monitoring for the Cle Elum Dam Helix and Roza Dam fish screen and roller gate research projects. A Special Notice announcing the Government�s intent to award on a sole�source basis to Advanced Telemetry Systems (ATS) was posted on February 18, 2026.
