The successful contractor shall provide environmental services to conduct Sea Turtle Nest Monitoring and Management at Naval Base Guam (NBG) and Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz (MCBCB). Provide a lump sum price for environmental services to conduct sea turtle nest monitoring and inventory at beaches with suitable habitat at Naval Base Guam (NBG) and Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz (MCBCB). All work shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is twelve (12) months from the date of award.
