The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, intends to solicit, negotiate and make an award on a sole-source basis with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Maney Aircraft, Inc. (CAGE: 10000) for the procurement of Part Number (PN): S-277LM; Nomenclature: Fuel System Preservation Cart; NIIN:015294636 required to meet initial stand-up quantities for the Kinston Depot C-130 project. This PN is required to perform al/Intermediate and Depot Level Maintenance tasks on C-130 type aircraft.
